How do I pay my insurance premium bill?
Premium payments can be made on our website. We accept credit card (subject to 3.25% transaction fee) and direct bank payment (ACH is $2.00 per transaction). You can also mail in your payment for no additional processing fee to 2521 Warren Drive Ste. B Rocklin, CA 95677.
What installment plans are offered for paying my premium bill?
Care West offers the following installment plans:
Annual Plan:
- 100% down payment at inception
- Due at policy effective date
Semi-Annual Plan:
- 60% down payment at inception
- Second payment due on first day of fifth policy month
Quarterly Plan:
- 30% down payment at inception
- Three equal installments due on the first of the fourth, seventh, and tenth policy months
Monthly Plan:
- 10% down payment at inception
- Ten equal installments due on the first of each policy month
Do you charge late fees?
No, we don’t! If you have trouble making your premium payment on time, please call us at (916) 625.5631.
Can I view my payment history?
Yes, you can view your payment history by navigating to the “Billing & Payments” section of the portal.
What happens if I get audited?
Policies are audited annually. A representative from a third party audit company will make contact after the expiration of the policy period. Specific documents will be requested including but not limited to; Annual payroll summary or quarterly payroll summary for all employees, all locations and entities on the policy, job titles and duties for all employees, 941’s and California DE9-C’s.
How do I file a workers’ compensation claim?

How can I become appointed with Care West?
To ensure we align with your needs, we request you to complete our online Broker Appointment Application. This will provide insights into your agency, allowing us to better assess how our services can meet your expectations. How do I log in to the portal?
For Employers Only
You can log in to the portal using your username (associated email) and password. If you have forgotten your login password, you can use the “Forgot Password” feature to reset them or contact websupport@carewestins.com if you still need help.
If this is your first time using the portal and need to request access, click on the “Request Access” button on the login screen.
